The Korea Maritime Law Association (KMLA) promotes various activities including:

• ▶ Publishing the Journal of Korea Maritime Law Association (JKMLA) three times in April, August, and December each year to achieve the objectives of the association.
• ▶ Holding academic meetings as well as meetings for recent case studies in the spring and fall every year.
• ▶ Participating in the international meetings of the CMI, IMO, UNCTAD, and UNCITRAL.
• ▶ Consulting with government authorities about international conventions, domestic laws, and cases.
